The Joondalup Business Association (JBA) is a non-government, not-for-profit, incorporated organisation that acts as a representative body for small business within the City of Joondalup. It was established in the early 90's with the aim of representing the views and concerns of small business to local and State Government and to promote, sustain and encourage new small business to this exciting region.
