Who are Brooke Stone Real Estate?
Brooke Stone Real Estate started out as a small family company in 1996 with Darryl Flaherty completing 37 property developments for investors (over a four year period) in Joondalup City.
Today Brooke Stone Real Estate owns a three story building in the heart of Joondalup City and employs thirteen staff.
These investment properties were designed for and rented to international students by the room. Fully furnished with everything supplied these houses provided quality student accommodation – where no other student accommodation was previously available.
Lesley Flaherty (Licensee) was inspirational in managing the properties and helping students to adjust to life in Australia.
Student housing was incredibly successful – both for the investors and for students. Other property owners approached Brooke Stone to rent their property to students and the concept grew.
Today Brooke Stone provides accommodation for over 400 students.
To cater for the growing demand and properties, Brooke Stone now offers a full spectrum of property management, marketing and sales services as well as investment opportunities.
More recently Brooke Stone has expanded into unfurnished tenant accommodation (rented by the house) and into general sales with great success.
