JBA Business & Community Directory Prize Winners

The Joondalup Business Association has announced the three lucky winners of its 2008 Business & Community Directory on-line competition.

 

Antoinette Russo and Lesley Richards of Joondalup and Geraldine Brooks of Currambine won several prizes each including accommodation at Bay Village Resort in Dunsborough, car hire from Europcar and river and winery tours from Bushtucker River & Winery Tours.

 

JBA president Russell Crook said the competition, coordinated by local publisher Ocean Advertiser and promoted in the directory, proved the retention value of the popular annual publication by coming up trumps for the lucky winners.

 

“The Business & Community Directory, which most respondents kept beside the telephone, is produced by the JBA and contains valuable community information from the City of Joondalup as well as a comprehensive listing of local business ads,” he said.

 

To be in the draw the winners simply had to register on-line at www.West-Oz.com, following the draw the winners then had to answer questions based on the content of the directory.

 

“Congratulations to our winners, the 2009/10 issue of the directory is now open for subscription and I’m sure, with such great prizes on offer, that advertisers and residents will be looking forward to the next competition”, Mr Crook said.
