Frogs Spread Green Message To Business
The Joondalup Business Association office was invaded by frogs last week as part of a promotion for the Green Advantage for Small Business program.
JBA President Russell Crook said the initiative was funded by AusIndustry as part of the Australian Government’s Building Entrepreneurship in Small Business program and was being delivered by Edith Cowan University’s Small and Medium Enterprise Research Centre (SMERC), under the direction of Dr Beth Walker, in partnership with West Coast TAFE and Swan Catchment Council.
“The frogs visited many small businesses in the Joondalup CBD to promote the project which aimed to bring an awareness to small businesses on the benefits of improved environmental business practices,” Mr Crook said.
“Local businesses were invited to attend an Expo and Seminar at West Coast TAFE to learn how they could save money by improved environmental management of energy, water, transport and waste.
