APM Communities

NDIS Partner in the Community – Local Area Coordination APM Communities delivers NDIS Local Area Coordination services in parts of Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory. Our experienced Local Area Coordinators (LACs) work alongside people with disability, their families and carers to help identify and access the supports they need. Our Community Capacity Building team also empowers local communities to become more inclusive and accessible. We collaborate with local organisations and community groups, co-design community projects led by people with disability, and help educate the broader community about the barriers people with disability can face.
