APM Communities

APM Communities helps NDIS participants and people with disability to identify and access supports. Our Local Area Coordinators work directly with people with disability, carers, and supporting family members. Our Community Capacity Builders work in the community to make it more inclusive and accessible. (We are government-funded NDIS Partners in the Community, not service providers.)
