Community Vision

Community Vision Australia is a not-for-profit community services organisation based in Joondalup, supporting people across Perth and surrounding areas with personalised, person centred care. Their services span home care, disability support, social support, nursing care, and community participation programs, all designed to promote independence, dignity, and choice in how people live their lives. Guided by a vision to build a stronger, more connected community, Community Vision works closely with individuals and families to deliver tailored support that responds to each person’s unique needs. Their values focused on inclusion, respect, accountability, innovation, empowerment, and bold thinking underpin everything they do. In addition, Community Vision’s Family Day Care offers nurturing, home based early education and care in small group settings across more than 40 suburbs in Western Australia. Guided by the National Quality Framework, the program provides a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
