Lizard Dragon Distillers is a boutique Australian distillery crafting gin, vodka and rum with native free-range botanicals like desert lime and old man saltbush. Born in Western and Central Australia, every spirit reflects our passion for quality, creativity and the natural flavours of the land. Our licensed tasting room in Clarkson is open Fridays and Saturdays 2pm–9pm and Sundays 11am–5pm, welcoming guests to enjoy tasting flights, cocktails, pizza and shared platters in a relaxed, communal atmosphere. We host live music on the last Sunday of each month, curated tastings, seasonal gatherings, workshops and classes to explore native botanicals and learn about distillation techniques. We also offer private functions and venue hire for celebrations, corporate events or community gatherings. Proudly collaborating with Indigenous communities, we incorporate cultural heritage and artwork into our spirits.
