Caitlin Collins MLA
Caitlin Collins MLA was elected to the 41st Parliament of Western Australia, as the Member for Hillarys in March 2021. She was sworn in as the 100th women elected to the Western Australian Legislative Assembly. Prior to her election to Parliament, Caitlin spent time overseas and has taught extensively in India, Colombia and Vietnam and completed a Parliamentary internship in Ireland. These experiences have shown her the power of education and the importance of democracy. Upon returning to Western Australia, Caitlin taught history and politics at local high schools. She lives in Padbury with her partner Jack and their dog Lenny. You may have seen them at the local dog park or at a local coffee shop. Since being elected to Parliament, Caitlin has been an active member who is working hard to deliver for our local community. She has served as a Member of the Education and Health Standing Committee, as an Acting Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and is now the Secretary of the State Parliamentary Labor Party. Additionally, she is also the co-convenor of the Parliamentary Friends of Technology and Innovation.

DevelopmentWA is the State Government’s central development agency, operating across Western Australia with a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial and residential projects. We operate under the Western Australian Land Authority, Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority and Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment legislation. Formed through the merging of LandCorp and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, our collective experience is delivering sustainable communities, prosperous industry and resilient regions right across Western Australia to help shape our state’s future. These include transformative projects like the creation of new cities and communities, precinct-scale urban renewal and major projects such as the master-planning of Alkimos, the redevelopment of Elizabeth Quay, Yagan Square, the Scarborough Foreshore and the revitalisation of regional Western Australia from Broome in the Kimberley through to Albany in the Great Southern. Next chapters include the creation of a new tourism destination Ocean Reef Marina, the renewal of the East Perth Power Station, Subi Oval and Princess Margaret Hospital redevelopments as well as development of the State’s premier industrial region – the Western Trade Coast and the establishment and support of agri-business at Peel Business Park. By working closely with government, partners, industry and the community, we are able to provide a bridge between private industry and the Western Australian Government to secure sustainable community outcomes.

Emily Hamilton
Emily Hamilton MLA was first elected to the 40th Parliament of Western Australia for the seat of Joondalup in March 2017 and is now serving a second term as the Member for Joondalup. Ms Hamilton currently serves as a member of the Economics and Industry Standing Committee in the Parliament, and has previously served as the Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation. Raising a family in the northern suburbs, Ms Hamilton understands what is important to local residents. She is an active Member who is delivering for our local community. Ms Hamilton has a background in small business and is committed to supporting Joondalup as Perth’s second CBD. There continues to be significant State Government investment in major projects in Joondalup, including construction of the Ocean Reef Marina, the major expansion of Joondalup Health Campus, and major road and rail investment across the northern suburbs, along with investment in our schools. These critical projects will create local job opportunities here in Joondalup, accessible healthcare close to home, and deliver amazing schools for our kids. Joondalup is Perth’s second CBD, and Ms Hamilton is a proud advocate within Government on the importance of our northern suburbs’ community. Ms Hamilton will always go into bat for our community to secure investment in projects that will enrich Joondalup and our local economy.

Tom French MP was elected as the Member for Moore at the 2025 Federal election. Prior to his election to Parliament, Tom worked as a publican, electrician and finally as an employment lawyer with a deep passion for helping people.
