All Stars for Autism

All Stars for Autism is a registered charity founded and based in Joondalup, supporting autistic children, teenagers and their families from across the Perth metropolitan area. We provide a welcoming and supportive community where autistic children and young people can build genuine friendships, develop confidence and participate in activities where they feel understood, accepted and celebrated for who they are. Our programs are designed and delivered with lived experience at their heart, with many co-designed and run by autistic mentors and staff. Our services include: ✔️ Weekly social groups for autistic children and teenagers ✔️ Peer mentoring led by autistic young adults ✔️ School holiday programs and community events ✔️ Parent and carer wellbeing initiatives ✔️ Inclusive recreational and creative activities that foster connection, belonging and authentic participation At All Stars for Autism, we believe every autistic young person deserves opportunities to connect, thrive and be valued for who they are. APM Communities

NDIS Partner in the Community – Local Area Coordination APM Communities delivers NDIS Local Area Coordination services in parts of Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory. Our experienced Local Area Coordinators (LACs) work alongside people with disability, their families and carers to help identify and access the supports they need. Our Community Capacity Building team also empowers local communities to become more inclusive and accessible. We collaborate with local organisations and community groups, co-design community projects led by people with disability, and help educate the broader community about the barriers people with disability can face.

Self-Employment Assistance is free and tailored with a range of training and coaching options to suit you.

Bare-Hugs connects young men with an online community of positive male mentors, providing real conversations and practical guidance on education, careers, relationships, health, wealth and life skills to build confidence, resilience and personal growth. Operating as a social enterprise, Bare-Hugs brings together positive male role models, trusted educational content, peer connection and interactive digital experiences within one online platform. Taking a preventative, strengths-based approach, Bare-Hugs empowers young men to thrive across all aspects of life, including mental wellbeing, education, employment, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and healthy relationships, helping them develop the confidence and practical skills to navigate life’s challenges before they become crises.

Community Vision Australia is a not-for-profit community services organisation based in Joondalup, supporting people across Perth and surrounding areas with personalised, person centred care. Their services span home care, disability support, social support, nursing care, and community participation programs, all designed to promote independence, dignity, and choice in how people live their lives. Guided by a vision to build a stronger, more connected community, Community Vision works closely with individuals and families to deliver tailored support that responds to each person’s unique needs. Their values focused on inclusion, respect, accountability, innovation, empowerment, and bold thinking underpin everything they do. In addition, Community Vision’s Family Day Care offers nurturing, home based early education and care in small group settings across more than 40 suburbs in Western Australia. Gnalla Community

Gnalla Community & Support Services is a disability support provider dedicated to empowering NDIS participants to live with confidence, independence, and purpose. Their person-centred approach focuses on building genuine connections and delivering tailored support that aligns with each individual’s goals, culture, and lifestyle. Offering a wide range of services across Perth, Gnalla Community supports participants with daily living, personal care, meal preparation, community access, gardening and handyman services, health and wellbeing activities, creative therapies, and deep cleaning and decluttering assistance. Their team also provides dedicated Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, helping participants navigate their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, and work towards meaningful outcomes. With a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing, and community engagement, Gnalla Community creates supportive environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Established in 1992, Joondalup Family Centre is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting local families and community groups. We provide a welcoming space for connection, learning, and growth through a diverse range of programs and services. Lions Club of Whitford Incorporated

Lions Clubs are a vibrant part of communities, both urban and rural, and are easily recognizable through their distinctive work shirts that proudly display the Lions International logo and the name of each Club. The Whitford Lions Club, in particular, values and acknowledges exceptional service by its members. To honour those who have made a significant and lasting impact, the Club awards the Melvin Jones Fellow, the highest individual honour from Lions Clubs International, as a gesture of gratitude for dedicated service to both the community and the Club. 1.5k Finished Projects – Lions is a community service organisation!

Motion by the Ocean INC

Motion by the Ocean Inc is a community organisation delivering two impactful programs across the City of Joondalup, supporting social connection, wellbeing and community resilience. Through Cycling Without Age Sorrento, the organisation provides free daily Trishaw rides for older adults, people with limited mobility and those at risk of social isolation, helping them reconnect with their community and enjoy the outdoors. Their Moving Food program addresses food insecurity by rescuing and redistributing surplus nutritious food to individuals and families experiencing hardship, ensuring good food reaches those who need it most.

Opportunity International Australia

Opportunity International Australia is ending poverty in developing countries – one family and one community at a time. We know that, to tackle the complex issue of poverty, we need a multi-faceted approach that addresses the specific needs of the people we serve. Our solutions centre on four key aspects of the poverty cycle: microfinance, health, education, and safety. We help families start their own businesses so they can earn sustainable incomes. We improve health, sanitation and nutrition so illness doesn’t stop families from running their own businesses or create greater burden. We support better education so that the next generation of children can have the chance to leave poverty behind. And we provide domestic violence support and trafficking prevention training to help communities become—and remain—safe places for the next generation.

The Spiers Centre

The Spiers Centre is a not-for-profit organisation which provides support, information and empowerment of individuals, families and communities. In pursuing this purpose we aim to make a positive difference and strive towards our vision for strong, caring and resilient communities through the provision of a range of practical and innovative services. As a Neighbourhood Centre, The Spiers Centre is part of a network linked to over 150 local communities and is a primary Emergency Relief provider in the northern suburbs.

Youth Futures

For over 30 years, Youth Futures has been dedicated to empowering young people in Western Australia by providing holistic support and life-changing opportunities. We believe that every young person deserves a safe place to sleep, access to education, and the support needed to overcome life’s challenges. Our services focus on three core areas: - Homelessness Services: Providing crisis accommodation, transitional housing, and long-term support to help young people find stability and independence. - Education & Training: Offering flexible learning programs tailored to young people who have disengaged from mainstream schooling, helping them re-engage with education and build a brighter future. - Support & Wellbeing: Delivering essential services such as mental health support, crisis intervention, and mentoring to ensure young people have the resources they need to thrive. Whether a young person is experiencing homelessness, struggling in school, dealing with mental health challenges, or facing financial hardship, our professional and compassionate team is here to support them on their journey.
